How can I pay?

We use PayPal as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.

Is your site secure?

Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. We never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells us that you've paid and we ship you your stuff. We get your money through PayPal later.

Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?

No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account.

When will my order be shipped?
 
Many of the products we carry ship in 1-2 weeks, EXCEPT personalized & custom items and  tutu sets which are ALL custom made to order. The production time on  custom items varies from seasons. Our currently turnaround time is 3-4 weeks up to 21-28 businesses days from the date that you purchase not including shipping weekend or holidays if need sooner please contact us. *Tutu sets with Double Bows on the shoulders can take up to 5 weeks. After this time the item is then shipped, and received by you in 3-5 days. Delays with customs are out of our hands..please email us with any questions regarding your shipment BEFORE ordering. Thank you!
 
If you want to RUSH your order the fee is $25.00 contact us at Info@Laylasrunway.com to better assit you upon RUSH ORDERS we also have EXPRESS overnight option but those rates are approx $35.50 so please inquire if you need your order right away Thank you.
 
At Logantolayla.com often many of your items may be shipped in multiple shipments this is due to the fact that our items are handmade by different designers an thus ship separately. 
 
 
How much is shipping and where do you ship?
 
We ship within the U.S. and can ship Internationally. .
 
*International Orders* USPS International Priority Shipping is available. The price is approx $32 (minimum rate) for a small items. However, depending on the size and weight of the order the cost will be more. These shipping rates are calculated by USPS (not us).
 
*Please contact us BEFORE placing an International order as our site is not equipped to tabulate these rates. 
 
Please be advised that international orders may be subject to duties and taxes implemented by your country. These charges are out of our hands and may be inforced by your customs broker. Bare this in mind when ordering internationally.
 
Insurance and Signature Confirmation is not included with your order but may be added for additional fee and must be requested prior to ordering.
 
Multiple shipments are often sent as items are handmade and ship separately from different locations. This often brings up the cost of our shipping rates.. this is the only way we are able to offer our handmade items as we are not a factory or warehouse.

What is your Return or Exchange Policy?
 
PLEASE READ OUR POLICY FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES BEFORE PURCHASING YOUR ITEMS:
 
NEED TO CANCEL? ITS A CANCELLATION FEE ON ALL ITEMS NO EXCEPTION ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN PURCHASED FROM OUR VENDORS IT WILL ALSO BE A RESTOCK FEE AS WELL.
 
ALL PERSONALIZED AND CUSTOM ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE NO EXCEPTONS. YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS WHEN THE ITEMS ARE PURCHASED. 
 
 
However, if you discover within the first 3 days that your product is defective  you may return it for repair or exchange ONLY. Replacement will only be offered if your item cannot be repaired. You agree to these terms with your purchase. 
 
If you receive an item that is not what you ordered please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, so 
we may exchange your items. Exchanges will not be granted if we are not notified within this time frame. Thank you for your understanding.
 
We strictly do not offer exchanges on worn custom made items or items used as photography props or  one day wear for birthdays or events.
 
SHIPPING is NON-REFUNDABLE ever.
 
Please ask all questions in regards to sizing/colors BEFORE you place your order as our items are custom made HANDMADE. We cannot be held responsible for a wrong size ordered.  We will not refund if a wrong size is sent or ordered. We reserve the right to send you a new size if the wrong size was mistakenly sent and we are not obligated to refund if a wrong size was received.
 
***  WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS WITH SHIPPING EVER.. ALTHOUGH WE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO ACCOMODATE SPECIAL DATES AND PHOTO SHOOTS WE CANNOT AND WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IF THE ITEM DOES NOT ARRIVE BY A SELECTED EVENT DATE ..REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED IF IT DOES NOT ARRIVE IN TIME. THANK YOU  FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND ORDER WELL IN ADVANCE OF DATES TO AVOID DISAPPOINMENT FOR A MISSED DATE!!
 
Remember when ordering ALL ORDERS can and do take minimum 1-2 weeks and then ship. SETS WITH DOUBLE SHOULDER BOWS CAN TAKE MINIMUM OF 2 WEEKS.
 
RUSH FEE's must be paid for your order to go out ahead of this time please message us for details and to request specific dates. Rush orders do not include Express Ship fee's.
 
*Once an order has a confirmed delivery date and time via your tracking # from USPS. WE CAN NOT AND DO NOT take ANY responsiblity for ANY order stolen or misplaced from your front door. if the order has confirmation details, this tells us that it has been delivered. Is Express Shipping available?
 
Yes. Please contact us prior to placing your order with the date and products needed and we will do our best to accomodate your request. Additional shipping may also apply.
*International Orders Express Shipping for 3-5 days is $35.50. This price is set by the USPS.
RUSH ORDERS Do not include EXPRESS SHIPPING PLEASE SEND US A MESSAGE TO INQUIRE ABOUT RATES.
 
 
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Debit, E check and Credit Cards via Paypal payments. All payments and payment information is collected via an SSL secure server for your protection.
 
 
What is your privacy policy?
 
Your privacy is important to us! We will not share, distribute, rent or otherwise use or make available your information with any third party other than for the purpose of processing your order.
 
 
Will I receive the exact items as pictured on the site?
 
In most cases "YES" however, our items are hand made and materials, flowers , and ribbons are subject to availability. We will always send something that matches beautifully with your purchased item. This includes: Headbands, bows, Tutu's, Slipper etc..we do not refund after the fact if a different bow or flower was used. This is part of the custom order business..and we do our best to provide the best product we can with the availability of our supplies.
 
When an item is Rushed designers are working with materials available on short notice..again we will do our best to make the item as pictured but ribbons and flowers must be ordered and are not always available with a rushed timeframe.
 
Depending on the designer. different brand onesies are used for tutu sets..personalized tutu sets with one bow we use carters onesies and geranimals and old navy tee's when available. Double shoulder bow tutu sets use gerber onesies and hanes tee's.
 
 
Can I Rush my Order ?
 
Yes!  Rush Orders are available for additional $15..please message us with your DATE BEFORE ORDERING and we will do our best to accomodate you. Many (but not all) Rush orders go out in 1-2 days and will be received by you in additional 3-4 days. Rush orders do not include EXPRESS SHIPPING. Please message us for rates to Express Ship your package.
 
For  Rush Orders to International Destinations: your items will ship ahead of the 3 weeks and will ship Priority or First Class. We cannot guarantee exact arrival time.as this is up to your postal service..We are not responsible  for  unforseen delays with customs or shipping delays. Please message us if you would also like to Express your package on top of the Rush fee.
 
PLEASE NOTE**We will not REFUND an order that was RUSHED and did not arrive in time , sorry..thank you for your understanding.
 Please note not ALL items are available for Rush, and shipping times vary per each destination.
 
 
What are your hours of operation?
 
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Central Time
 
Weekends are Family Time.
 
You may still Order your items on the weekend but they will not be submitted until Monday. Rush Orders placed over a weekend will not ship out until 2 complete business days so they will ship out Weds evening or Thurs Morning.
 
 
Is there an number I can contact Layla's Runway?
 
All communication with regards to your orders will be conducted via email. As a busy mother of 2 one little boy  and a kindergardner daughter conversation has proven to be impossible.  So please if you have a questions with regard to your order, send me an email..I will try to respond within 24-48hours. If I am able to text you.. just leave your phone number and i will try to send a text.
When contacting us with regard to an order. For fastes service please provide order #, date of order, items ordered and name on shipping. That way can contact the appropriate designer for an update. Without this info it will delay our response time.
 
*Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9-5. I do need to take care of my family and family comes first. So I am no longer responding to emails/texts after hours or on weekends.
 
At Layla's Runway we do not give play by play info with regard to your order. All dates needed are submitted with your order...so please do not send multiple messages looking for updates/status as this is just too time consuming. The only contact we will have after your order is placed is to send you tracking..once i have received it by the designer. I do not have automatic updates with tracking so I too wait for it to be sent to me. We are not a factory, we are all wahm's making handmade items from our homes. from time to time mistakes can happen and there are issues with ups. but,  please be patient and order your items well in advance of your date to avoid any disappointment. 
 
 
How do I take Care of My Tutu?
 
We recommend spot cleaning if something is spilled on your tutu. A little soap and water does the trick on a soft cloth. For wrinkles we recommend hanging your Layla's runway Tutu in a shower (not directly in a shower but the steam from the shower will help get any wrinkles out. Tulle must be finger combed in order to maintain it's look and fluffiness

 

Fall Collection

All items are shipped from our Atlanta warehouse.  Orders are shipped out within 48-72 hours of the time you placed your order. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail unless another option is selected at checkout. Delivery times will vary depending on your shipping location.  Unless otherwise specified in the product description you should expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days of the ship date if you are in the Unites States. Once we ship your order you will receive an email with a tracking number. Once orders are in the possession of the USPS we can no longer be responsible for any lost or delayed or stolen packages.  

 

If any FINAL sale items are received back in error there will be a $2.50 restocking fee (per item) deducted from the store credit amount. International Orders are Final Sale.
